WOO WOO PORTAL 2 SPOILERS! (Except the game's been out for a while. So...yeah.) I'd imagine the transfer of one's consciousness from a body to a computer would have to be quite excruciating and maddening for a woman as demure as Caroline to try to slaughter everyone present within moments of booting.

I hope GLaDOS looks GLaDOS-y enough here. I wasn't using a ref. Did use one for Caroline, though.

Caroline never realised before that moment that it was possible to face far worse things than death. She would spend the next eternity trapped in a prison of logic and metal, praying for death or at least oblivion, only for it to come in the most unlikely cirucumstances imaginable.
